WBT Systems announced the launch of their Financial Services Seminar Series. The agenda covers industry best practices in leveraging e-Learning capabilities to meet the growing demands facing institutions arising from increased regulation and compliance issues, as well as delivering dramatic opportunities for cost reduction and customer retention. The London Seminar is the first of a series of Financial Services Seminars that WBT Systems is planning across Europe.

The UK Financial Services industry faces many challenges as it attempts to maximise cost savings, leverage acquisitions and cope with the stresses of changing delivery channels and the need to bring new products and services to market faster. Additionally, the industry must deal with dramatic changes to compliance legislation in the UK and Europe, which bring new levels of risk, both corporate and personal, to senior executives.

In order to respond to these challenges, innovative solutions must be found to cut costs and improve efficiency, while at the same increasing customer retention, speed up new product introduction and establish a robust, audit ready regulatory compliance training system. The seminar outlines the various ways that institutions are leveraging e-Learning to help achieve these goals.

The seminar is aimed at Senior Departmental Executives, Compliance Officers, HR Directors, Training Managers and other professionals in Financial Services Institutions who are responsible for developing a robust, audit ready training system for their organisation.
