David Wilson - Managing Director

David Wilson is Elearnity's founder and Managing Director, and one of the leading authorities on learning technology and innovation within Europe. A major commentator on the e-learning industry since its inception, David is the author of many leading strategy papers on e-learning, and is a frequent contributor of articles and magazine columns as well as speaking at major learning conferences in the UK and Europe.

David is a strategic advisor to many major corporate and e-learning organisations, and has contributed futures research on learning and workforce development for the CIPD and Cabinet Office.

Adrian Jones - Principal Analyst

Adrian Jones is Principal Analyst for E-learning, with responsibility for leading Elearnity’s research and advisory services on E-learning, blended learning, learning design and content.

Adrian has been involved in the learning technology field for the last 10 years and was one of the pioneers of using e-learning in a large scale retailer. His successes in the use of e-learning have been recognised by a Personnel Today Award for Employee Development, two European Retail Awards for the Best Use of Technology for Employee Development and a National Training Award. During his career in learning and development Adrian has worked for some of the largest UK retailers including B&Q, Argos and Wickes. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Development and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

David Perring - Director of Research

David Perring is Director of Research, responsible for Elearnity's corporate and vendor research process, as well as lead analyst on variety of subjects.

David Perring has been involved in Learning Technologies for the last 12 years, formerly as Head of Learning Solutions and Technologies at Virgin Media and more recently at RSA Group. David has led these organisations global e-learning strategy and operations through the cycle of; business case, organisational design and implementation. He has a genuine fascination with how technologies can be judiciously used to maximise performance.

Elaine Wilson - Marketing Director

Elaine joined Elearnity in 1999 and is responsible for Elearnity's marketing activities.

Prior to joining Elearnity, Elaine was Director of a marketing research and design agency, and Elaine has an extensive background in high technology marketing and communications including working with companies like Lotus, Information Builders and Tetra Systems.
